At MBC, every item is produced and quality check before it ships. Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection 
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Worn, washed, or altered items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging 
• A brief description of the issue

If issue is verified, we work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MBC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need assistance.
